Foods are reflected as supportive, dysregulating, or neutral in relation to maintaining or restoring perfect health. Supportive foods indicate nourishment that aligns with your body’s current needs, while dysregulating foods highlight where the system is experiencing stress or interference. Foods not listed are considered neutral and may be included occasionally to support flexibility and ease.
