ACCOUNT AND BOOKING
When booking a session or purchasing any Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact information, and payment details. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking or order for any reason.
For coaching sessions booked for minors (under the age of 18), you must be the parent or legal guardian, and by booking, you provide explicit consent to the collection of personal data and to the provision of the Services to the minor.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
We use third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, to securely process payments. You agree to pay the listed price for any Service at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling but not for a refund.
- Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images created by us, is the intellectual property of Harmony and Flow and is protected by copyright laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute this material without express written permission from us.
Some images used on the Site are licensed from third parties, and we do not claim ownership of those images. These images remain the property of their respective creators.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you submit any user-generated content to our Site (e.g., comments, reviews, etc.), you agree that the content will not be illegal, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove or edit any content we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

In the event of such a force majeure occurrence, any scheduled session or service will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed upon time as soon as reasonably possible after the force majeure event has ended. Access to services or sessions will not be lost, and they will be made available as soon as normal operations can resume.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Harmony and Flow.
