2. Head to the intake form to complete your submission, where you’ll fill out key health questions and upload your photos:
• A clear front, back, and side profile (relaxed posture, neutral background)
• Optional: past photos when you felt more like yourself or were in a more balanced state
3. I’ll personally analyse your submission. If I need clarification, I’ll reach out.
4. Once I have what I need, I’ll confirm your body type and send your protocol via email.
5. From there, we stay connected. You’ll have ongoing access to me as you apply it, integrate it, and evolve.
