The Emotion Code Healing

The Emotion Code is a powerful way to heal emotional wounds and blocks, and clear the ’emotional baggage’ we can carry around. It’s an energy healing and balancing technique that uncovers root causes of discomfort, issues, and concerns in the body and spirit. 

Releasing trapped emotions allows the body to heal and for us to reach our goals.  Problems become more manageable and can be resolved. This frees us to find more happiness, health and abundance in our lives.

Emotions from negative or emotionally-charged events (big and small) can get trapped in our bodies and stay there. These stuck emotions can be old traumas, shared events, a past hurt, or inherited.

Unresolved emotions can create blockages in your energy system, leading to physical and emotional discomfort. This invisible emotional energy causes discomfort, imbalance, pain, and dis-ease. It can also cause a heavy emotional toll and impact how we think, feel, and the choices we make. 
It’s completely natural to have trapped emotions. Most people have many layers of trapped emotions waiting to be cleared. 

Through specialised techniques, we will work with your subconscious to identify and release these trapped emotions, offering you a path to emotional liberation and a deeper sense of well-being. Using the Emotion Code we can clear these easily and the results can be life-changing.

We establish a connection with your energy body and use muscle testing to access information from your subconscious mind and body, revealing profound insights into your holistic well-being.

Trapped emotions are identified using specific questioning and muscle testing (kinesiology).  The process of identifying a trapped emotion brings it into your consciousness so it can be released with intention. You may experience a memory or feeling when the emotion is identified and it has the chance to be acknowledged and released. Magnetic energy helps the release. 

The Emotion Code can be used for many types of issues – physical, mental, emotional, or social. This technique can help with problems that you have had for a long time or that other treatments haven’t been able to shift.  

Emotions are cleared based on the specific needs of the individual, allowing for a targeted approach to address various areas or concerns. During the session, we have the flexibility to focus on specific situations or inquire directly with your subconscious to identify and prioritize what is most crucial for clearing.

At the beginning of the session, share what you’d like to work on. During the session you can sit back while the practitioner does the work. You can ask questions at any time. A summary, along with any relevant notes will be provided after the session concludes.

At the end of the session, you may experience feelings of calm and lightness or tiredness depending on what has been cleared and what still needs to integrate and process. You may notice shifts immediately or it may be more gradual and accumulative. Every person is different and every healing experience is unique.

Once a trapped emotion has been cleared, there is no chance of it becoming trapped again or resurfacing to cause further imbalances. We’ve energetically cleared the slate, allowing you to contemplate their past connections without fear of retriggering. It’s a journey forward into uncharted territories, free from the weight of what was. The beauty lies in the subtle ripples these releases create, impacting various facets of our lives. 

At times we can see the same emotion appear being released. This is normal and they are all their own experiences, unique and not connected. We sometimes tend to experience the same trapped emotions more intensely each time we have an experience which can be why we experience the emotion being trapped multiple times

The number of sessions needed can vary. Some may find that a few sessions are ideal for their journey, while others might need more or fewer. It’s comparable to how one might approach nutrition and fitness – no one-size-fits-all, and there’s no right or wrong way to navigate it. Whether you continue sessions with a practitioner like myself or venture into self-release, the path that resonates with you is perfect.

You can book a single session, or a package. There is no expiration date. If, down the road, you find you’ve journeyed as far as you need, any leftover sessions can be gifted to a loved one.

Sessions are generally based online – however there are options via phone, in person (location dependent) or remotely. Remote sessions do not require you to be present. When you book, you submit the top 3 areas you would like to address and a summary is sent to you after the session concludes, just as it would an in-person or online session would.

Processing these released emotions is unique for everyone. It’s common for some to experience a bit of tiredness or exhaustion initially. Staying hydrated and keeping our energy levels up aids our body’s communication with itself during this period. Occasionally, you might sense traces of the released emotions – a final reverberation, a mere echo leaving the body. Around 20% of individuals encounter this, requiring nothing more than mindful awareness.

Most people witness a shift, feeling more energized and lighter immediately after the session. However, it’s normal for those sensations to mellow a bit after a few days. This isn’t a setback; it’s a clear signal from your subconscious mind that you’ve uncovered a crucial aspect and modality for moving forward. Consistency in this work can yield breakthroughs and lasting change.
